
Mitchell S. Glatt is a unique talent with a diversity of skills and experiences that span finance, marketing, advertising, entertainment and manufacturing. Mr. Glatt is an entrepreneur, innovator and strategist with a keen sense to capitalize on market opportunities .Mr. Glatt is currently a private investor and a partner with Codex Advisors LLC, a financial and business advisory firm headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. He is also associated with Kelmenson-Davis and Associates a strategic consulting firm on special projects.

Mr. Glatt was the founder of MedAccept Inc a specialty finance company that provides payment plans that doctors can offer their patients to finance and therefore afford non-covered healthcare services.

Prior to founding MedAccept in 2000 Mr. Glatt was Chairman of Magla Products, Inc. Mr. Glatt Joined Magla Products Inc, in 1987 a company that designs, engineers, manufactures, sources and markets consumer house ware and hardware products as Vice President of marketing, and over time assumed additional responsibilities for financial manufacturing and sourcing operations around the world. In 1994, he was named Chairman of Magla Products, Inc and President of its affiliates. During his tenure at Magla Mr. Glatt developed a management team which whose accomplishments include: restructuring the companies United States manufacturing and distribution operations by reducing the number of domestic plants from 5 to 2 and relocating these facilities to 2 plants in Mexico and a distribution center in McAllen Texas. In 1993 he established a joint venture company in Wuhan, China to manufacture various company products and eventually moved substantially all manufacturing to the Far East. In addition he spearheaded the acquisition of the United States consumer household and work glove business from Ansell a division of Pacific Dunlop, Australia and the sale of the companys Laundry Products division to Chemical Venture Partners.

From 1981 to 1987, Mr. Glatt was Assistant to the Chairman of Bozell Jacobs Kenyon & Eckhart.an international advertising and communications agency working on all matters relating to the domestic and international operations of the company including business development budgets and strategic planning relating to the merger with Lorimar. Mr. Glatt worked on numerous agency client assignments, Including Chrysler, The Statue of Liberty Island Foundation, Colgate Palmolive, The Government of Puerto Rico, Prudential Bache Securities, Seagrams and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. In addition he led the agencys team in its joint venture with Columbia Pictures Television to produce first run syndicated programming on behalf of agency clients.

Prior to joining BJk&E Mr. Glatt worked at International Creative Management, the preeminent talent agency that represents many of the worlds most influential and talented people
Mr. Glatt serves on the board of the Tisch School of the Art at New York University and a member of the President of the Universities steering committee for its capital campaign; he was a member of the board of the Young Presidents Organization, where he remains an active member.

Mr. Glatt received an MBA from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA from NYU, and has attended advanced management courses at the Harvard Business School.
